International Claims & Irish Law

Non-resident Personal Injury lawsuits against US-owned multinational companies registered in Ireland.

If your pursuit of a personal injury claim against a US multinational cannot proceed because of a jurisdictional US Supreme Court ruling in July 2017, then we may be able to offer you assistance.

The US ruling excludes non-residents seeking redress through the US Court system unless the claimed injury was caused within the US. If the US multinational at the centre of your claim has a registered entity in Ireland, then even though you may reside outside of Ireland, it is possible for you to seek redress under the Irish law pertaining to personal injury.

If you have recently had a claim terminated because of the US ruling or if you wish to understand the process, procedure and provisions of the Irish legal system with regard to a potential claim, then contact Fin at info@fodsolicitors.ie or call 021 420 4122 (if dialling outside of Ireland).

We pride ourselves in providing expert guidance to our clients and our team of solicitors are on hand, ready to help you through each step.
